La mia vera passione, da sempre, è l’interior design.

Dopo aver studiato giurisprudenza a Padova ed avere esercitato la professione di avvocato per più di 15 anni, ho deciso di occuparmi esclusivamente di interior design. I momenti dedicati all’arredamento sono per me momenti di gioia pura, nei quali mi perdo, dimenticando il trascorrere del tempo e ogni altro pensiero.

È un richiamo irresistibile. Quando vedo una casa, grande o piccola che sia, penso subito a cosa “si dovrebbe fare” per renderla più accogliente, più armoniosa, più funzionale. Così, ho, prima, rivoluzionato le mie case, poi quelle degli amici, che mi chiedevano aiuto quando dovevano cambiare casa o desideravano rinnovare quella in cui già abitavano, poi, con il passa parola, da semplice hobby è diventato un lavoro. Ho fatto una scuola di interior design, ho continuato ad aggiornarmi, leggendo, studiando, viaggiando, visitando le mostre del settore. E alla fine, ho deciso di farne il mio vero lavoro, lasciando tutto il resto alle spalle.

Amo pensare alla ridefinizione degli spazi, nel rispetto dell’architettura che li ospita, del contesto generale e, naturalmente, delle esigenze di chi vi abita. Prima di tutto, ascolto attentamente quali sono i desideri e gli intenti del committente, in relazione alle esigenze abitative del nucleo familiare, ai gusti ed ai bisogni delle persone che lo compongono. Poi, osservo, scruto, mi faccio catturare da ciò che mi sta intorno e la mia mente incomincia a immaginare, elaborare, rivisitare, costruire.

Mi occupo della ri-progettazione degli spazi, incluse le modifiche strutturali, della scelta dei materiali, dei colori, degli arredi, anche su misura, della scelta dell’illuminazione. Seguo anche la progettazione dell’outdoor, inclusi gli spazi verdi.

Il mio intervento spazia dalla progettazione fino alla realizzazione ed organizzazione dell’opera, anche chiavi in mano, grazie ad una rete di professionisti ed imprese “collaudate” con le quali da tempo collaboro in sinergia. Seguo sia abitazioni private, che spazi commerciali.

Mi occupo di home staging, la strategia di marketing immobiliare volta alla valorizzazione dell’immobile al fine di venderlo o affittarlo, e di home relooking, ovvero l’attività volta a rinnovare l’abitazione “dandole un nuovo look”, migliorando l’esistente con piccoli accorgimenti e un tocco di design ed evitando una ristrutturazione vera e propria (con tutti i costi che comporta). Una lampada nuova per illuminare un angolo poco valorizzato, un nuovo colore alle pareti, il riassetto di un salotto disordinato, il cambio delle ante di una cucina ormai datata, il rinnovo dei sanitari, un cambio delle tende e dei tessuti in salotto, la scelta di un quadro che possa valorizzare una parete vuota, uno specchio per illuminare un angolo buio, lo spostamento di un mobile, il riutilizzo di una poltrona in un ambiente diverso della casa……sono solo alcuni dei semplici interventi che con una minima spesa riescono a ridare vita e luce a stanze buie, ambienti poco accoglienti, corridoi non valorizzati, bagni ormai datati...

I studied law in Padua and I was a lawyer for more than 15 years. But my true passion has always been interior design. Moments dedicated to furnishing are moments of pure joy, where I lose myself and forget time and all else.

It's an irresistible attraction. When I see a house, large or small, I think what should be done to make it more welcoming, more harmonious, more functional. So, at first I started revolutionizing and renovating my own places and, after, those of friends who had asked me for advice and help on occasions when they had to move house or they wished to renew the house they already lived in. Gradually, through word of mouth, from a simple hobby it became a job.

I attended an interior design school and constantly kept up to date through reading, studying, travelling and visiting exhibitions, so I could learn everything there was to know about interior design. In the end, I decided to focus all my interests on interior design and made it my real job.

I love thinking of how to redefine spaces, respecting the architecture, the overall context and, obviously, the needs of people that live in the house. Firstly, I listen carefully to what the desires and the intents of the homeowner are and what it is he wants to obtain, taking into account the housing needs of the family, the style and also the needs of each individual person. Then I look, I observe, allow myself to be captured by the surroundings and my mind begins to imagine, to develop, to revisit, to build up.

I work on projecting spaces including structural changes, I am involved in choosing the materials, colours and furniture, which I also design. I also study the choice of lighting. My expertise extends to outdoor design, including green spaces.

My job ranges from the project to the organization of the work and the realization of the new house, also with all the furniture and accessories included, thanks to a network of professionals and businesses that I have "tested" and trust and whom I have worked in collaboration with for a long time. My work is mainly focuses on private homes and commercial spaces.

I work on home staging, the real estate marketing strategy for the enhancement of the property in order to sell it or rent it, and I also work on home relooking, to renovate the house "by giving it a new look", improving it with little changes and a touch of design, but avoiding a real restructuring (with all costs involved). For e.g. a new lamp to illuminate a corner that isn’t correctly valued, a new colour on the walls, the reorganization of a messy living room, some new doors for a now outdated kitchen , the renewal of sanitary fittings, a change of curtains and fabrics in the living room, the choice of a painting that can enhance a blank wall, a mirror to light up a dark corner, moving some furniture, the re-use of an armchair in a different place ... these are just some of the simple interventions that with minimum effort can bring life and light to dark rooms, uncomfortable spaces, low-valued corridors, outdated bathrooms etc.

By travelling all over the world searching for new ideas and constantly keeping up to date with the latest trends and fashions allows me to always provide my clients with innovative and interesting ideas.

J'ai étudié le droit à Padoue et Je fait l'avocat depuis plus de 15 ans, mais ma vraie passion est, depuis toujours, le design d'intérieur. Les moments dédiée à le design d'intérieur sont des moments de pur bonheur, où je me perds et Je oublie le passage du temps et toutes les autres pensées.

C'est une attraction irrésistible. Quand je vois une maison, grande ou petite, je pense que à ce que « devrait être fait » pour le rendre plus accueillant, plus harmonieux, plus fonctionnel. Alors, j'ai tout d'abord révolutionné mes maisons, puis celles d'amis, me demander de l'aide quand ils ont dû déménager ou ils souhaitez renouveler celui où vivait déjà, puis, avec le bouche à oreille, d'un simple passe-temps c’est devenu un emploi. J'ai fait une école de design d'intérieur, j'ai continué à rattraper, lire, étudier, voyager, visiter des expositionse. Et, en fin, j'ai décidé de le faire mon vrai travail, laissant tout le reste derrière.

J'aime bien penser à la rédefinition des espaces, pour les rendre plus fonctionnels et harmonieux, bien observant l'architecture qui les comprend, le contexte général et, naturellement, les demandes du commettant.

J'écoute avec attention les désirs et les buts du Client, par rapport aux exigences de la famille qui habite, aux gouts et besoins de ses membres.

Je m'occupe de réprojeter les espaces, meme avec démolition ou construciont des murs, du choix des matériaux, des couleurs, des décorations, meme dessinés sur mesure, de l'étude d'éclairage.

Je suis aussi le projet de l'outdoor, y compris les espaces verts.

Mon intervention embrasse le projet jusqu'à la réalisation et à l'organisation de l'oeuvre, meme clés à la main, grace à un reseau de professionnels et entreprises "vérifiées", avec lesquelle depuis longtemps je travaille en synergie. Je suis soit maisons privées, soit espaces commercials.

Je m'occupe aussi d'home staging, la stratégie de marketing immobilier, pour la mise en valeur de l'immeuble, pour le vendre o ou le louer, et d'home relooking, c'est à dire l'activité qui mire à renouveler l'habitation "en lui donnant un nouveau look", en améliorant l'exixstant à l'aide de petites astuces et une touche de design et en évitant une vrai restructuration (avec les couts du cas...).

Une nouvelle lampe pour éclairer un coin un peu caché, une nouvelle couleur aux murs, le rangement d'un salon en désordre, le changement des portes d'une cuisine désormais datée, la rénovation des sanitaires, un changement des rideaux et tissus dans le salon, le choix d'un tableau pour valoriser une paroi vide, un miroir pour illuminer un coin sombre, le déplacement d'un meuble, le réemploi d'une fauteuil dans un different endroit de la maison....tout ça, ces sont seulement des simples interventions qui, avec une très petite dépense, arrivent à redonner vie et lumière aux chambres sombres, pièces peu accueillantes, couloirs peu valorisés, salles de bains désormais datées.
